Chapter 6: Process Timeline

- 1 min

It’s impossible to provide an accurate timeline of what the process will look like from start to finish. There are many variables that are at play which can cause a case to go by faster or slower than another (How long it takes to get supporting documents, how slow/fast your attorneys file your applications, how slow/fast USCIS and DOL process your applications, if you are audited, if there are any immigrant bans active at the time of your application, etc.).

With that said, I will provide the timeline of my process to give you an idea of one example of what it may look like, but keep in mind your case may be faster or slower than mine.
